1. Coconut
Every model wants silky smooth skin with a shine that no type of lighting can offer as well as a thin figure, and you can too with one simple ingredient: Coconut! Coconut is great for healthy skin and a healthy body. Several models resort to coconut water as the vitamins in it help your body to release toxins, keep your figure slimmer, and make your skin virtually flawless. Never underestimate the power of a coconut!
Just be sure not to turn to sweetened coconut for this purpose, only natural, unsweetened coconut if you want to be able to absorb proper vitamins this tropical fruit has to offer.
2. Almonds
For a quick and simple healthy snack, almonds are perfect. Being a protein, almonds are a great building block for beautiful hair, skin, and nails, not to mention they are a healthy fat full of nourishment. They’re also a great source of fiber!
Models especially love almonds for the burst of energy they give them after one snacking session as well as how filling they are, saving no room for unhealthy snacks and treats. Almonds are definitely great snacks for those who love a good crunch and a light salt, helping to beat an unhealthy potato chip craving!
3. Non-Fat Greek Yoghurt
If you think regular yogurt is healthy, Greek yogurt is even better. Models turn to Greek yogurt not just for a source of protein, but especially considering the fact that this yogurt contains plenty of probiotics, healthy bacteria that help reduce bloating and other digestive issues to ensure a slimmer figure and a flatter stomach.
Don’t be fooled, though. If you want a healthy Greek yogurt, find one that is a plain Greek yogurt with no added sugar. Fruit is perfectly fine as long as no extra sugar is added along with it that contradicts many of the health benefits Greek yogurt itself has to offer!
4. Olives
Black olives are a healthy fat that contain antioxidants that models love, especially since their natural saltiness helps reduce salty snack cravings. The best part is, olives aid with weight loss due to their monounsaturated fats!
Don’t like olives? Olive oil is a great alternative that doesn’t, of course, have that same texture or exact flavor you may not like when eating actual olives. Olive oil still has some great benefits. Many models, and health experts, recommend taking a spoonful of olive oil each day simply for the health benefits! Even such a small amount can have a great impact on your body.
5. Avocados
For a beautiful complexion, healthy hair, and as a great source of fiber, models love avocados. Before photoshoots several models recommend eating avocado slices or even drinking an avocado smoothie beforehand, not to mention the unless vitamins this superfood has to offer ranging from vitamin k to potassium to vitamin b6! But honestly, avocados are great for a slim figure, ensuring weigh loss as well as a quickened digestive tract, plus they’re yummy; definitely a win-win situation!
