Due to the overwhelming interest in this year’s Surf Ball and what went on behind the scenes we had to share this hidden jewel. Gadhouse (named after House of Gadget), brings together the best in vintage audio design, combined with the pleasures of modern life.
Attendees at this year’s Surf Ball were simply raving about the musical score provided. Gadhouse was kind enough to provide vintage record players for the event contributing to this year’s smashing event success. Gadhouse joined All My Friends Are Models (AMFAM) in a unique partnership with Oliver Benz, International DJ and globally renowned photographer Ben Watts. Benz ad Watts recently collaborated on a music project for this year’s Shark Attack sounds party at The Surf Lodge and they produced a promotional mixtape mixed by Oli Benz with the artwork by Watts.
Gadhouse truly brings passion for the artistic side of things, originally starting with only two engineers. The company’s mission is to create a retro-modern concept with a modern feel, great style, and the blending of retro, with modern technology to create a unique experience with classic technology. With Gadhouse, in this “house” the goal is to have good taste, great style, an awesome feel, combined with a retro concept along with modern technology.
The brand ultimately represents a big and friendly vintage house with a retro feel, but still utilizing the modern technology that is available today to help bring both the old and new generation together, who have a passion for vintage, music and technology.
