Everyone knows about household luxury design names such as Ralph Lauren, Versace, Balmain and many others. This article is not going to tell you about designers who are already hot, this will inform you about the up and coming designers that you need to know about in the industry!
MAYA RAMIREZ
Maya Ramirez is a 14 year old designing sensation! She was the very first winner of the fashion runway competition, Project Runway Junior. As not only the fiercest but youngest in the competition she wowed the crowd on a consistent basis with her mind boggling designs and heavenly tailoring and construction skills. Her finale collection was that of female warriors gone chic! The use of soft pastel colors against hard elements such as black leather and sharp cuts was a flawless juxtaposition that left all of the audience in awe. Since winning the scholarship to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and the cash prize to launch her line, she has returned to Ohio and began working on a line that will surely blow all of our minds! This kid is a sight for sore eyes because her talents and avant guard mind for creativity are off the wall!

MASSIMO GIORGETTI
This 39 year old designer is someone to reckon with in the fashion industry! He is known for his artistically vibrant prints and retro cuts. He has been even featured across the board by high end magazines such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. He has come along way from working retail as a salesman, which supposedly is what helped cultivate his passion for fashion. He then moved up to a creative consultant for capsule projects and is now a entrepreneur! Because his visions are very unique and vary in genre, he has mastered the concept of designing for both fashion product, strategy and commercial! In 2008, he started his own partnership with Paolini Group and started his own MSGM brand! His business savvy and fashion sense has helped him be successful with this venture. His clear incorporations of contemporary art and Indie inspiration are an underlying theme in all of his compositions!

JEROME LAMAAR
Jerome Lamaar is a fifth generation New Yorker who has a largely recognized formula of both brass and class. The edgy but oddly feminine designs are the perfect mix of both rebel and girly. The metallic fabrics mixed with androgynous forces us to think outside of the box and dream of new heights for fashion! He has been included in many high fashion runway shows and has had honorable mention in blogs and fashion sites across the internet. He is the epitome of an American Hustler!
